This former Girl Scout Leader was recognized as Girl Scout Leader of the year in 1996 for leadership and citizenship preparation efforts with female children.
Ms. Joseph was elected President of the Environmental Association of St. Thomas and St. John (EAST) for 10 consecutive years.
ACTIVE MEMBER of the Memorial Moravian Church serving as an usher, a board of stewards member, delegate to V.I. Conference and Sunday school teacher.
